Art Justice Blog

The Art Justice Blog investigates the state of contemporary American visual art by focusing on differences in the ways art is being taught in schools that serve poor, wealthy and middle class communities.

My intention with this project is to discover where, how and why economic circumstances cause approaches to art education to diverge, and to examine what effect such divergences have on the potential for students of various economic backgrounds to participate in, and potentially shape the future of American contemporary art.
